Dallas, TX, April 24, 2026 — Mohr Partners, Inc., a top-three global occupier-focused corporate real estate advisory firm, held its 2026 National Brokerage Meeting on April 21-23 in Dallas, combining growth strategy and professional development with the celebration of the company’s 40th anniversary.
The meeting, themed “Accelerating Growth,” marked four decades since the firm’s 1986 founding. Held over three days at Le Méridien Dallas by the Galleria, the meeting provided brokers and corporate leadership a forum for strategy alignment, skills development, networking and recognition of the prior year’s performance.
“Forty years is worth marking, but it is not where our attention sits,” Robert Shibuya, Chairman & CEO, said. “Accelerating growth means giving our brokers the tools, the positioning and the skills to keep building, and that is what brought us together this week.”

Chief Operating Officer Michele Shibuya opened the main business day, followed by a State of the Union address from Robert Shibuya. Olympian Vince Poscente delivered the keynote, “Age of Speed,” on taking risks in a professional setting.
Additionally, professional development featured prominently, as Mike Mulcahy led a networking session and collaborated with Brandon Glick on a LinkedIn profile branding session to strengthen brokers’ personal brands and business development.
A transaction case study with Elizabeth Loving and Jennifer Syx, moderated by Steve Macnoll, led a run of service-line sessions. Sohail Hamirani, Shayla Kiser and Andy Grabis addressed new capabilities in lease administration, Ruth Baker and Robert K. Shibuya, III covered portfolio services, and Patrick Kelly presented on energy and sustainability advisory. Eric Beichler also moderated a panel on the firm’s international operations along with members from CDNGLOBAL, Citius AG and Carter Jonas, Mohr Partners’ strategic international partners.
Two technology sessions closed the substantive program: Taylor Hatchett demonstrated the Mohr Partners Intelligence Suite, and Carlton Anderson presented on AI-enhanced prospecting.
The conference also featured a number of collegial events, including a welcome dinner at Game Show Battle Rooms and competition at the experiential Netflix House at Galleria Dallas.
The firm marked its 40th anniversary with an awards dinner at Vidorra Cocina, recognizing top performers from 2025. Baker received the Chairman’s Award, while Stephanie Smith was named Corporate MVP, and Eryn Levy was named Global Corporate Services MVP. Brandon Hiett was recognized with the Rising Star award, and JoAnn Vu earned the Emerging Star award. The Chicago office, led by Chris Bargowski and Glick, garnered Market Office of the Year honors, and the Los Angeles office, led by Darren Shibuya, was named Emerging Market Office of the Year.
The firm also recognized its 2025 top producers, including founder Bob Mohr, Beichler, Stephen Hemphill, Grabis, Bargowski, Darren Shibuya, Bob Ingram, Bradley H. Lipton, Sam Picchiotti and Glick.
The meeting adjourned April 23. With its 40th anniversary behind it, Mohr Partners enters its fifth decade of operation.
