Joann Vu is an Associate in Mohr Partners’ Houston office, working as a corporate real estate advisor alongside market leader and Managing Partner Carlton Anderson.
In her role, Joann supports the Houston office’s business development efforts by identifying opportunities, building client relationships and contributing to the firm’s growth across various sectors locally and nationally.
Before joining Mohr Partners, Joann was a Business Development Manager at TrueWorks Roofing, where she helped generate over $1.2 million in gross revenue. She prospected and qualified leads through door-to-door canvassing, cold calling, networking and attending events. She also conducted OSHA-compliant roof inspections and consultations, led the company’s digital marketing strategy and coordinated branded outreach efforts. Additionally, Joann served as Assistant Director of Sales at the Homewood Suites by Hilton in New Orleans. There, she managed client relations, secured group and government contracts and oversaw digital marketing initiatives.
She holds a bachelor’s degree in marketing from the University of New Orleans. While in college, she was a member of the Alpha Xi Delta sorority, serving as both Communications Vice President and Membership Vice President.
