With over 30 years of experience in Global Corporate Services (GCS) and portfolio management, Eric Beichler has established himself as a leader in representing both public and private companies across diverse U.S. markets, with a strong emphasis on international markets, including Europe, Asia, Canada and Mexico. His extensive career at Mohr Partners has been marked by a commitment to delivering strategic real estate solutions for many Fortune 1000 public and private clients.
As a long-standing equity principal and a member of the Board of Directors since 2017, Eric has played a pivotal role in the firm’s growth and development. He has a diverse clientele that spans various sectors, including office, industrial, medical, cold storage, retail and client-owned facilities. His deep expertise spans several industries, including third-party logistics (3PL), semiconductors, insurance, manufacturing, healthcare, food and private equity, enabling him to provide tailored solutions based on unique client needs.
Specifically, Eric’s proficiency in sale-leasebacks, as well as his experience with private equity-owned operating companies, cold storage facilities and supply chain logistics, positions him as a sought-after expert in the real estate landscape. He is adept in corporate portfolio analysis, bringing decades of expertise in budget review and cost containment strategies to optimize clients’ real estate portfolios. He is considered a thought leader within the industry.
In his leadership capacity, Eric currently manages a seven-member team dedicated to enhancing new client pursuits, client retention and supporting the executive team with recruitment efforts across Mohr Partners’ U.S. offices. His contributions to the firm began in 1994, and he quickly ascended to the role of Managing Partner by December 1998 at the age of 29, consistently achieving exceptional results throughout his tenure.
Having partnered with Mohr Partners’ founder, Bob Mohr, for 23 years, Eric successfully led a management buyout in 2017, collaborating with existing shareholders and CEO Bob Shibuya. Throughout his career, he has held various operational, recruitment, and managerial roles, including the development of Mohr Partners’ international partner platform, solidifying his reputation as a visionary leader in the corporate real estate sector.
Eric is also an accomplished investor in real estate, serving as the President and Managing Member of Libbyfield Investments, LLC, as well as an equity partner in Broken-Stone Investments, LLC, both of which are distinguished real estate investment partnerships.
Eric and his wife, Julie, have been married for over 30 years and reside in Dallas, Texas, where they are the proud parents of three children.
