Hein & Associates was represented during the process by Rob Pipkin, Managing Director in Mohr Partners’ Dallas corporate office.

The property was awarded Silver LEED certification by the U.S. Green Building Council in 2012 and is adjacent to Dallas North Tollway and LBJ Freeway, which provides excellent visibility and freeway access for tenants and customers.
