Dallas, TX, June 30, 2021– Mohr Partners, Inc. (“Mohr”) announces the firm represented Douglas Dynamics in the full-floor lease of a new Executive Headquarters in recently renovated One Park Plaza, located in Milwaukee, Wisconsin.
Mohr’s Corbin Bengston and Elizabeth Loving represented Douglas Dynamics in the transaction. JLL represented the landlord of the property, Sovereign Partners LLC.
Through extensive research, the Mohr team was able to identify the submarket most suitable to the company’s brand, employee base, and potential for recruitment in a competitive market. They vetted several buildings before deciding on One Park Plaza, due to the proximity to their existing operations facility and minimal impact for current employees.
This lease was essential for Douglas Dynamics to expand their presence in the Milwaukee area and commitment to the community. One Park Plaza allows for additional space for manufacturing and distribution operations to expand within the company’s original headquarters, which they’ve called their home for more than 30 years.
