Los Angeles, CA, June 29, 2021– Mohr Partners, Inc. (“Mohr”) announces the firm represented Terreno Realty to secure a long-term tenant lease for an 85,883 square foot property in Inglewood, CA.
Mohr’s Sean O’Donnell, along with Jeffery Smart of Colliers International, represented the landlord, Terreno Realty, in the transaction. Chris Beck, with Newmark Knight Frank, represented tenant, Zeem Inc.
Sean O’Donnell stated, “After selling Terreno the Aviation site in late 2020, we were able to secure a long-term ground lease for the improved land parcel. The tenant will convert the site to a commercial electric vehicle recharging site for 150 commercial vehicles per day.”
The property is just under 2 acres of paved land, formally utilized as a rental car site. Terreno Realty acquires, owns, and operates industrial real estate in six major coastal U.S. markets.
