Mohr Partners, Inc., a global corporate real estate advisory firm, announces the promotion of Misti Meggs to Director of Site Selection/Economic Incentives Practice in Mohr’s Dallas corporate office.
Ms. Meggs joined Mohr Partners in 2007 in the Business Development department and has since held positions in Global Corporate Services and Site Selection. She holds a Texas Real Estate Salespersons License and is currently working on a Master of Corporate Real Estate designation through CoreNet Global. Her transaction experience has proven to be invaluable when helping clients streamline the site selection and incentives process.
As a leader on Mohr Partners’ Site Selection team, Ms. Meggs has evaluated markets and negotiated incentives for client requirements throughout North America. Those projects have resulted in successes across all industry types from financial services to manufacturing. Her primary responsibility is to provide extensive and accurate site selection analysis to clients for the procurement of new commercial locations that meet their business-specific needs along with negotiating economic incentives.
Last year she was recognized by the Company as the Mentor of the Year, and in 2013 for her leadership and performance within the Corporate Services Group she received Mohr Partners’ Corporate Services Emerging Leader Award.
