Mohr Partners, a global corporate real estate advisory firm, has appointed Ryan Turner as a Managing Director in its Dallas office.
Mr. Turner brings over a decade of extensive transaction experience with market leading brokerage firms, having completed over five million square feet of transactions ranging from Fortune 500 headquarters assignments to global portfolio management responsibilities, and has contributed to over $300 million in transaction value. His strengths include business development, team leadership and development, complex financial modeling and business incentives and accelerators.
Prior to joining Mohr Partners, Mr. Turner served as a Vice President at CBRE. As a member of a 14-person Global Corporate Services team, he delivered value to some of the world’s largest users of office space, industrial facilities and owned real estate assets. He and his team served as solution experts and process drivers, leading business development and new client strategy. He is a challenge-focused professional who believes in serving his clients’ needs above all else.
Mr. Turner previously spent four years as a Vice President at JLL, and two years at Newmark Knight Frank, where he served as an Associate Director. He is a graduate of Northwood University with a bachelor’s degree in Finance.
