Mohr Partners Signs SRS Distribution as Portfolio Client

DALLAS, TX (May 12, 2014) Mohr Partners, Inc. announces the signing of a strategic advisory agreement with SRS Distribution, Inc.

SRS Distribution, headquartered in McKinney, Texas, is a roofing distribution holding company with over 100 locations in 37 states from coast to coast. Since the company’s inception in 2008, SRS Distribution has grown rapidly through acquisition and the opening of multiple new locations both organically and through acquisitions. With this aggressive growth in a down market, SRS has established itself as one of the fastest growing building products distribution companies in the U.S.

Mohr Partners will work with SRS Distribution to strategically evaluate all facilities and manage its national real estate portfolio based on high priority account initiatives as directed by SRS Distribution. Charles Daggett, Managing Principal, Chris Bargowski, Managing Partner, and Stephen Hemphill, Managing Director, with Mohr Partners secured the agreement with SRS Distribution and will serve as the account leaders.

The services to be provided include portfolio account management, strategic advisory, lease administration, portfolio planning and consulting services.
