Shayla Kiser serves as Senior Director of Lease Administration for Mohr Partners, Inc. In her role, she provides leadership and operational oversight for the company’s multinational Lease Administration team, working closely with Sohail Hamirani, Chief Financial Officer and Head of Lease Services, to support the continued growth, performance and delivery of the firm’s Lease Administration platform.
Her responsibilities include strategic planning, team and operational management, process optimization and oversight of lease-related activities across client portfolios. Shayla plays a key role in ensuring Mohr Partners’ Lease Administration professionals have the processes, resources and support necessary to deliver consistent, high-quality service to clients worldwide.
Since joining Mohr Partners, Shayla has advanced through a series of increasingly senior roles, beginning as a Senior Lease Administrator before progressing to Senior Manager, Director and now Senior Director of Lease Administration.
Prior to joining Mohr Partners, Shayla was a Lease Administrator for Fischer & Company for six years. There, she managed up to 2,000 properties, interfaced with legal, construction & accounting departments, handled escalation management, income lease management and much more.
Additionally, Shayla worked for Professional Billing and Consultants for four years where she was an office manager. She did research and resolved incorrect payments, managed explanation of benefits rejections, handled other issues with outstanding accounts, ensured accuracy of insurance claims and worked with accounts receivable.
Shayla has worked in the tenant representation industry for over a decade and has successfully managed numerous Fortune 500 clients. To date, she has recovered millions of dollars for her clients in savings and cost avoidance by conducting expense audits.
