Reshma Ramamoorthy serves as a Lease Administration Associate, Rents and CAM for Mohr Partners, Inc. In this role, she is responsible for managing and overseeing lease-related financials, including rents and common area maintenance charges, while maintaining accurate records.
Previously, Reshma worked at Accenture as a Banking Operation Associate focusing on lease administration. There, she performed document validation and analyzed and abstracted lease documents.
She also performed desktop audit reconciliations for common area maintenance and operating expenses.
She earned numerous accolades in that position, including Star of Business in Q1 2022, Star Performer of the Month in October 2023 and Core Value Champion in Q2 2023. Reshma has a Bachelor of Commerce from the Vellore Institute of Technology.
