Nivetha Raja serves as the Lease Administration Associate Manager, Rents & CAM for Mohr Partners, Inc. In this role, she is responsible for advanced management of lease-related financials, encompassing rents and common area maintenance charges, while maintaining accurate records and providing expertise.
Nivetha comes to Mohr Partners from eNTrust Software Services, where she worked as a Process Lead. There, she analyzed and abstracted critical and non-critical information from legal documents and worked with a number of different tools and platforms.
Additionally, she worked as a Senior Practitioner – Lease Administration at IBM and as a Senior Process Associate at Mobius 365 Data Services. While at IBM, Nivetha earned Star Performer honors for her achievements.
Nivetha has a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Science from the Kalaignar Karunanidhi Institute of Technology.
