Venkatesh Kannan serves as a Senior Lease Administration Associate I – Rents & CAM at Mohr Partners, Inc. In this role, he brings over five years of experience in lease administration, financial reconciliation, billing operations, and data management.
Venkatesh plays a key role in managing rent setups, operating expenses, CAM reconciliations, utility charges, and detailed reporting for clients. He is skilled in tools such as Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365), MRI Software, Lease Data, and VTS, which enable him to deliver accurate financial reports, rent rolls, and reconciliation analysis. His responsibilities also include resolving client queries, overseeing lease abstractions, and supporting special projects.
Prior to joining Mohr Partners, Venkatesh worked at Accenture Solutions Pvt. Ltd., where he handled end-to-end lease administration for global clients like Tishman Speyer and KIMCO. He was recognized with several awards including the Star of Business Award, Core Value Champion, and the Best People Award from a client for completing special projects with 100% accuracy.
Venkatesh holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Computer Applications from Kalasalingam University, India.
