Mohr Partners, Inc. announced today the firm has represented MasterBrand Cabinets in the lease of a 503,984-square-foot manufacturing and distribution facility situated on approximately 80 acres in Jackson, Georgia.
The company plans to open their manufacturing and distribution operations at an existing facility located adjacent to Interstate 75 and Arthur Bolton Parkway on Midway Road. MasterBrand will create nearly 400 jobs in the local community, including manufacturing and distribution positions, along with careers in management and supervision.
The team of Eric Beichler, Misti Meggs, Mike Rapp, and Deane Stokes with Mohr Partners, Inc. represented the tenant in the transaction. Brad Pope and Reed Davis with JLL represented the owner, Prologis.
