Mohr Partners, a global corporate real estate advisory firm, has appointed Ross Lowe as an Account Executive in its Charlotte office.
Mr. Lowe’s primary focus is advising industrial space users in the North and South Carolina markets. He has been exposed to many real estate transactions in various markets in the Carolinas, allowing him to identify best practices to be used to better serve his clients.
Prior to joining Mohr Partners, Mr. Lowe spent four years as an Orthopedic Medical Device Sales Representative. In this role, he worked closely with surgeons and operating room staff members, educating them on the products he represented to their correlating procedures. His success in this fast-paced, competitive field serves him well in establishing himself as a resource to his clients in commercial real estate. With a professional background of providing solutions to assist physicians in treating their patients, Mr. Lowe is able to guide his clients seamlessly through the strategy and execution to meet clients’ real estate objectives.
Mr. Lowe graduated from the University of Alabama with a Bachelor of Arts in Public Relations, and is licensed in the states of North Carolina and South Carolina.

Mohr Partners’ Charlotte, NC office opened over four years ago and is led by Managing Partners Keith Bell, CCIM, SIOR, Scott Dumler and Jack Glasgow, who each joined the Company from First Commercial Real Estate Advisors. Mr. Bell founded First Commercial in 2009, specializing in tenant representation and corporate real estate services for office, flex and industrial clients. Mohr Partners’ Charlotte office brings over 30 years of collective experience in the commercial real estate industry and established reputations for integrity and success.
