NEWPORT BEACH, CA — Mohr Partners, Inc. congratulates Mark Bennett on recently being promoted from Managing Director to Managing Partner in Mohr’s Newport Beach, CA office.
Mr. Bennett was recognized earlier this year as Mohr Partners’ Broker of the Year in 2013 for being the firm’s top producing broker. He is a senior real estate professional with over 30 years of experience in the office, industrial and medical property sectors, with focus in the corporate representation arena.
Prior to joining Mohr Partners, Mr. Bennett was a Managing Principal at ORION. Over his career, Mr. Bennett has developed strategic real estate plans for several Fortune 500 clients on a regional and national basis. Mr. Bennett’s strengths include acquisitions/dispositions, lease restructuring, lease document and work letter negotiations, and build-to-suit expertise. Mr. Bennett has consummated several of Orange County’s largest transactions and has completed assignments throughout California, as well as all major markets across the United States.
Mr. Bennett began his career with Grubb & Ellis Company in Newport Beach. He then joined New York based Julien J. Studley, Inc. where he became a top producing tenant advisor. Mr. Bennett was recruited by Lincoln Property Company to open its Corporate Services Group on the West Coast and most recently was Senior Vice President of The Pres Companies in Newport Beach.
