Mohr Partners, Inc., an international corporate real estate advisor, announces the opening of its newest office in San Francisco, CA, appointing Valerie Concello, CCIM as Managing Partner. The office is located at One Market Street, Spear Tower, Suite 3600, San Francisco, CA 94105.
Ms. Concello brings over 25 years of commercial real estate experience representing the interests of corporate real estate, non-profit and early stage start-up clients in lease, sublease and purchase transactions. She is known for her dedication to her clients, expert market knowledge, due diligence, strategic thinking and personal attention to the needs of her clients.
Ms. Concello has completed transactions in multiple product types of commercial real estate including office, industrial, multi-family and warehouse. Her clients represent a diverse range of industries including banking, financial services, healthcare, biotech, insurance, venture capital, software, construction, engineering and education.
Prior to joining Mohr Partners, Ms. Concello was President of Ronin Commercial Real Estate, a strategic real estate and advisory transaction services firm working with a broad range of corporate clients. Prior to Ronin, she was a founding partner of Belvedere Associates and the Northbridge Group, a certified minority business that is focused on government contracts and helps advise clients on a far range of strategic, facility, organizational and workplace issues.
Ms. Concello began her real estate career with Charter Commercial Real Estate, a division of Marcus and Millichap. Charter was one of the original firms that focused solely on representing the tenant’s side of a transaction. She is a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM), a LEED Accredited Professional and is the 2012 President of Commercial Real Estate Women (CREW) San Francisco. Ms. Concello holds a Bachelor of Science in Organizational Behavior from the University of San Francisco and a Master of Business Administration from the University of California at Berkeley.
