Mohr Partners Assists Terreno Realty in Acquiring Two South Bay Area Properties Totaling $19 Million
Mohr Partners Inc., a global corporate real estate advisory firm, continues to represent and advise capital market clients and has found great success in the Southern California market, largely thanks to the efforts of Sean O’Donnell (Managing Partner, Los Angeles Office) and his relationship with Terreno Realty.
Sean recently advised Terreno Realty in the acquisition of two industrial yard sites. The first new facility is a 9,000 SF building, built upon an extensive 109,095 SF property. The lot is located at 14732 S. Maple Ave, Gardena, CA. In addition to the large space, the facility is fully-secured, well-lit, and features a paved parking lot. Following the closing of the deal by Terreno, the property was leased to a trucking company in just two days.
The second property is located at 8831 Aviation Boulevard, Inglewood, CA. This property is an 85,883 SF lot that can comfortably hold 261 cars, is fully-secured, and well-lit. Additionally, this lot is located adjacent to LAX Airport and the Westside area and is currently available for lease through Mohr Partners and Colliers International.
Both of the acquired properties correlate directly to Terreno’s growing Industrial real estate portfolio throughout the United States, focused on servicing last mile, 3PL logistics firms, and transportation companies in the ocean and air cargo sectors.
