Mohr Partners Signs USA Truck as Portfolio Client

DALLAS, TX — (December 20, 2013) — Mohr Partners, Inc. announces the signing of a strategic advisory agreement with USA Truck, Inc.
USA Truck (NASDAQ: USAK), headquartered in Van Buren, Arkansas, is a dry van truckload carrier transporting general commodities via the company’s General Freight and Dedicated Freight service offerings. USA Truck transports commodities throughout the continental United States and into and out of portions of Canada. Additionally, USA Truck also transports general commodities into and out of Mexico by allowing through-trailer service from its terminal in Laredo, Texas. The company generated over $500 million in revenues in 2012.
Mohr Partners will work with USA Truck to manage its portfolio of locations in Arkansas, California, Georgia, Illinois, New York, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Texas, Utah and Washington. Robert Mohr, Chairman of Mohr Partners, and Matt Burton, Managing Director in Mohr Partners’ Dallas office, secured the agreement with USA Truck. Mr. Mohr will serve as the primary account executive. The Mohr team worked with John Simone, President and Chief Executive Officer of USA Truck, during the negotiation process.

USA Truck selected Mohr as its strategic advisor to manage the real estate portfolio through a consolidated and streamlined approach to account management.
