Mohr Partners Signs Dental Care Alliance as a Portfolio Client

dca 2Mohr Partners, Inc., a global corporate real estate advisory firm, announces the signing of a strategic advisory agreement with Dental Care Alliance (“DCA”). Mohr Partners was selected by DCA to provide the full suite of tenant-based deliverables through our comprehensive approach to portfolio management. As the exclusive strategic advisor to DCA, Mohr Partners will develop a strategic plan for DCA’S real estate portfolio, which includes personalized solutions to reduce current and future real estate occupancy costs. Charles Daggett, Managing Principal of Mohr Partners, along with Stephen Hemphill, Managing Director and Trent Smith, Account Executive, secured the partnership with DCA.

Dental Care Alliance was established by dental professionals in 1991 for the improvement of the patients and dentists wellbeing through innovative and proven practice-support solutions. DCA brings together more than 400 dentists and support staff to advance and improve dental service without compromising patient care. This organization is one of the oldest and largest support organization groups for dental professionals in the United States. DCA has more than 230 affiliated practices in 12 states, that incorporates all aspects of general dentistry, as well as all recognized dental specialties.
