Dallas, TX — (December 17, 2015) — Mohr Partners, Inc., a global corporate real estate advisory firm, announces the relocation of Ring Power’s Kenilworth, NJ location to Piscataway, NJ. Mohr Partners’, Corbin Bengston and Chris Leonard, in conjunction with Barry Mayer of NAI Hanson, arranged the purchase of the 59,572 square foot industrial building located at 250 Circle Drive North.
The buyer of the property, Ring Power Corporation, provides temporary power, power distribution, and temperature control products for concerts, special events, film, and broadcast productions around the world.
The Piscataway property was a suitable fit to accommodate Ring Power’s specific requirements featuring a sufficient amount of office space to conduct the company’s administrative operations and an ample amount of industrial space to accommodate the company’s substantial amount of heavy rental equipment.
“The demands of Ring Power’s entertainment division required us to find a building that Ring Power could purchase with ample parking, outside storage, and oversized doors to accommodate their power generating equipment. This acquisition gives them easy access to both Route 287/78 and the New Jersey Turnpike, which is important for them to service their clients,” said Mr. Bengston of Mohr Partners.
