Mohr Partners Appoints Steven O’Hara as Managing Director in South Florida Office

BOCA RATON, FL (February 5, 2014) Mohr Partners has appointed Steven O’Hara as a Managing Director in its South Florida office. He joins Andrew McCaw, Managing Director in Mohr’s Orlando office, in serving as Mohr’s representatives in the State of Florida.

Mr. O’Hara brings over 30 years of experience in commercial real estate. Over the course of his career, Mr. O’Hara has leased and managed more than six million square feet of office property in South Florida.

Prior to joining Mohr Partners, Mr. O’Hara was Managing Director at NAI/Merin’s Boca Raton office following a 10 year tenure at CBRE, where he was the firm’s First Vice President in the company’s Palm Beach County, FL office. At CBRE, he oversaw landlord and tenant representation for the office sector in Palm Beach County.

Previously, Mr. O’Hara served as National Director of Leasing for Paramount Real Estate Services. Prior to Paramount, he spent seven years each as a regional manager for Florida Real Estate Advisors and Paragon Group.
