Mohr Partners Appoints Shelly Christenson, Managing Partner, to Lead New Business Development for Global Corporate Services

30-year industry veteran, Shelly Christenson, has been appointed by Mohr Partners, Inc., a global corporate real estate advisory firm, to lead the growth of its robust, integrated portfolio accounts platform which provides occupier clients with portfolio/lease administration, consulting/economic incentives, project management, transaction management and corporate finance/capital markets services. She will report directly to Robert Shibuya, President of Mohr Partners.
“Shelly’s excellent leadership of our corporate advisory services business for the last seven years uniquely qualifies her to succeed in this very important new role,” said Mr. Shibuya. “Her strong knowledge of our unique delivery model and extensive relationships with our U.S. and international clients will enable her to drive significant growth in our business across all markets and service disciplines.”
Prior to joining Mohr Partners over seven years ago, Ms. Christensen served as a corporate services advisory executive with The Staubach Company (acquired by JLL in 2008). During her eight year tenure at Staubach, she managed a team of professionals who oversaw transactions for many U.S. and international corporate clients.
