Bill / Rent Payments

Our solution assists in the making the rent payment process fast and seamless in turn delivering savings, reducing risk and managing client and landlord interactions. We partner with JP Morgan Chase to process all rent, both nationally and internationally.

Our process is as follows:

1. Set up rent payment bank account with Bank of Choice
2. Lease Administration team prepares the rent-roll file
3. Sends file to Bank of Choice’s accounting team to approve & fund the account
4. Once Mohr’s Accounting receives funding, rent is processed within 24-48 hours
5. Mohr’s Accounting prepares rent ledger and sends to Client’s Accounting
