Gregory Krzysko, Managing Director in Mohr Partners’ Chicago Office, Featured Speaker at West Michigan Management Information & Business Show

Mohr Partners, Inc., a global corporate real estate advisory firm, announces that Gregory Krzysko, a Managing Director based in Mohr’s Chicago office, was a featured speaker at the West Michigan Management Information & Business Show presented by the Michigan Association of Certified Public Accountants (MICPA) held at DeVos Place in Grand Rapids, Michigan on June 4.
Mr. Krzysko presented a course entitled Business Functionality and Real Estate: What Does It Mean for Value? The session covered best practices in identifying real estate value based on property use including common valuation errors and tax implications.
Mr. Krzysko brings over 25 years of experience in commercial real estate with such firms as Newmark Grubb Knight Frank, UGL-Equis and Sears Roebuck, providing and implementing strategies that have aligned his clients’ business requirements with real estate solutions to achieve their business objectives. Throughout his career, he has leveraged capital markets to provide unique real estate solutions that enable clients to rationalize capital, decrease cost, improve flexibility and enhance financial performance.
Prior to joining Mohr Partners, Mr. Krzysko was Senior Managing Director of Finance with Newmark Grubb Knight Frank working with a broad array of clients nationwide. Early in his career, he gained substantial experience in the development of a wide range of strategic business plans while serving as a key member of the corporate financial staff of a Fortune 10 company. As a member of the management team advising the CFO, he recommended strategic acquisitions, corporate restructuring, alternative financing structures and multi-million dollar real estate transactions.
Mr. Krzysko received a Master of Business Administration from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University specializing in management, strategy and finance. He also received a Bachelor of Science from the Illinois Institute of Technology in Civil Engineering.
