Wally Hale serves as the Managing Partner for Mohr Partners, Inc., in its Phoenix office. In that role, he serves as the firm’s market leader and broker of record for the state of Arizona.
Wally comes to Mohr Partners with over 30 years of experience as a real estate professional and brings considerable expertise in strategy implementation, financial analysis and transaction negotiations.
A veteran of several leading full-service commercial real estate firms, he has exclusively represented industrial and office tenants for over two decades, negotiating over 10 million square feet of lease and sale transactions.
Prior to joining Mohr Partners, Wally served as a Senior Managing Director with Vestian, leading the Phoenix operations. Additionally, he worked as Principal, Tenant Advisory Services at Avison Young and as Managing Director at JLL.
He graduated from the University of Arizona with a bachelor’s degree in real estate and finance.
