Vijaya Lakshmi A serves as a Lease Administration Associate I – Abstractions for Mohr Partners, Inc. In this role, she supports lease abstraction and review processes, ensuring accurate extraction and management of key lease data to support client portfolios. Vijaya Lakshmi brings nearly five years of experience in the lease administration domain, with strong expertise in commercial lease abstraction, lease validation, and rent roll verification for commercial and mall properties. She has experience working with the Yardi database and supporting lease data management, report preparation, and APAC lease document translation.
Prior to joining Mohr Partners, Vijaya Lakshmi worked with Accenture as a Banking Advisory Associate – Lease Administration, where she handled lease abstraction and review, rent roll validation, quarterly report preparation, and training support for new team members. She holds a Master of Computer Applications from the University of Madras and a Bachelor of Science from SDNB Vaishnav College for Women.
