Vanitha has joined Mohr Partners as a Lease Administration Associate – Rents & CAM.She brings over four years of expertise in lease review, abstraction, and invoice processing from her tenure at Accenture Solutions Pvt. Ltd., where she played a key role in lease administration and quality assurance.
Vanitha has extensive experience working with residential and commercial leases, ensuring accuracy in lease setup, abstraction, and critical data reporting. As a Quality Checker, she specialized in reviewing new leases and amendments, summarizing key clauses such as expenses, renewal options, tenant/landlord obligations, and other financial terms per client requirements.
She holds an MBA in Financial Services from Bharathiar University (School of Distance Education) & Bachelor’s degree in Commerce from KG College of Arts and Science.
