Vanisri brings over five years of experience in lease accounting, rent portfolio management, and lease database administration. She has strong expertise in managing global lease portfolios, performing rent reconciliations, and maintaining lease records across platforms such as Sequentra, CoStar, and MRI while ensuring compliance with accounting standards including ASC 842. Prior to joining Mohr Partners, Vanisri worked with IBM Pvt Ltd as a Senior Process Delivery Specialist / Subject Matter Expert, where she led a team supporting lease accounting operations, rent processing, and database management for hundreds of global lease agreements. Earlier, she worked at eNtrust Software & Services Pvt Ltd as a Quality Associate, focusing on lease abstraction, rent portfolio reporting, invoice processing, and lease database maintenance.
Vanisri holds a Master of Business Administration in Financial Management from the University of Madras and a Bachelor of Commerce in Banking Management from Meenakshi College for Women.
