Vamshi Krishna serves as the Senior Lease Administration Associate, Abstractions for Mohr Partners, Inc. In this role, he is responsible for advanced oversight of abstracting and organizing essential information from lease agreements, ensuring accurate and well-structured records and providing expert-level support.
Vamshi comes to Mohr Partners from Accenture, where he worked as a Banking Advisory Associate for a multinational communications company handling its lease administration. There, he oversaw invoice processing, rent roll processing, lease setup, abstraction and coordination of new vendors. Additionally, he worked on reconciliation and other payment activities
Previously, Vamshi also spent time as a Transaction Processing New Associate with Accenture, where he worked on a template for capital expenditures and assisted with CAM billing and reconciliations.
Vamshi has a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Corporate Secretaryship from Guru Nanak College.
