Trey Nemeth serves as a Business Development Associate on Stephen Hemphill’s team in Mohr Partners’ Dallas office. In this role, he supports business development, delivers tailored client insights and offers strategic real estate solutions for corporate occupiers.

Prior to joining Mohr Partners, Trey was an Investment Sales Associate at Matthews Real Estate Investment Services in Dallas, where he sourced, listed and executed commercial property transactions through high-volume prospecting and repeat client relationships. He built and maintained a comprehensive database of property owners and market participants across the DFW metroplex and compiled market surveys, rent comparables and financial models to support underwriting and listing presentations. Trey also managed due diligence processes including Phase I and II environmental reports, title review and land surveys. His background working directly with property owners, investors and brokers gives him a practical understanding of how deals are evaluated and negotiated.

Trey holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance and Business Analytics from the University of Arkansas, where he was competitively selected for a Fixed Income Securities course in which he managed and monitored a $5 million fixed income portfolio in partnership with Arvest Bank Capital. Outside of work, Trey enjoys traveling, staying active and spending time with friends and family. He is a licensed real estate sales agent in the State of Texas.
