Trent Smith serves as a Managing Partner at Mohr Partners Inc. in the Dallas office. In this role, he provides top-tier transaction management for tenants and occupiers, ensuring their real estate needs are met with efficiently and strategically.
Trent joined Mohr Partners in 2006, initially as a Business Development Manager before advancing to an Account Executive position. He served as Managing Director from 2017 to August 2024.
With extensive industry knowledge, Trent excels in advising clients on complex real estate matters. He brings deep expertise in “green” LEED-certified projects, development planning, zoning and financial analysis. His strong work ethic and commitment consistently deliver exceptional value in commercial transactions.
Trent has a proven ability to identify real estate solutions for corporations across various industries including office, manufacturing, warehouse and retail sectors. He specializes in organizational strategy, lease and sale negotiations, renewals, renegotiations and relocations.
Before joining Mohr Partners, Trent worked as an Associate at Emerson Partners where he contributed to a $500 million multi-use development project encompassing retail, office, townhomes and condominiums. While earning his Business Degree at Texas Tech University, he was part of the engineering team at Legend Airlines, working under the Vice President of Engineering for the aeronautics division.
