Todd Kohlbecker is a Senior Account Manager at Mohr Partners, Inc. As a part of the Transaction Services department, his primary responsibilities include overseeing real estate transactions for Global Corporate Service clients and providing strategic planning and transaction management for clients.
Todd has considerable experience as a hands-on real estate transaction specialist and brings a proven record of partnership and collaboration in corporate and franchise-based organizations.
Prior to joining Mohr Partners, Todd worked as the Real Estate, Operations & Experience Officer at the Central Institute for Human Performance (CIHP), a globally serving, boutique medical facility. He solidified the company’s operational footprint and elevated the facility’s appeal to clients. His work remedied inefficiencies in real estate/facilities and marketing, which helped attract angel investors for R&D projects.
Todd also worked as a Senior Managing Director and Executive Account Director at Cushman & Wakefield. In that role, he led his division’s strategic expansion from a private equity firm to a publicly held entity while developing and leading teams in all service categories across 29 diverse accounts.
Additionally, Todd served as the Vice President of Retail Real Estate at Caleres (formerly known as Brown Shoe Co./Famous Footwear), where he led the Location Strategy, Transaction Management and Lease Administration teams for a company with a portfolio of over 1,400 North American locations.
His other experience includes Senior Director of Real Estate at Office Depot and Associate Vice President at Colliers International. Todd is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers and holds his Broker/Salesperson License in the state of Missouri.
He has a Master of Arts from Webster University and a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Missouri-St. Louis.
