She began her career at NTrust Infotech, where she progressed from a trainee to a process associate, working on clients such as Ulta, Namdar, RPT, CBRE, Hines, and Federal. Known for her attention to detail and process efficiency, she has contributed to reducing errors and training junior abstractors.
She is proficient in tools like REmaap, Annotation, LeaseGPT, and MRI. Thangarathi holds an MBA in Financial Management from Madras University and a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce from Alpha Arts and Science College.
