Suriya Prakasam P A has joined Mohr Partners as a Lease Administration Senior Associate: Rents & CAM, bringing with him nearly 4 years of experience in lease administration, rent management, and reconciliation.
Prior to joining Mohr Partners, Suriya worked at IBM Private Limited as a Process Delivery Specialist, where he managed end-to-end lease administration activities, including rent variance reporting, ledger analysis, invoice processing, utility payments, and client communications. He also conducted knowledge transfers and played a key role in training over five team members.
Suriya previously served as a Transaction Processing Associate at Accenture, where he independently handled client portfolios, processed reconciliations, managed reporting, and ensured highquality service delivery. His system expertise includes MRI, TRIRIGA, Visual Lease, Lease Harbour, and Salesforce.
He holds a Bachelor of Commerce from New Prince Shri Bhavani Arts & Science College and is known for his client-focused approach, strong problem-solving skills, and leadership qualities. Suriya has received multiple accolades, including the Star of Business Award (2022) and Core Value Champion Award (2023), along with client recognition for delivering significant audit savings
