Stephanie Torrealba serves as a Business Development Associate on Stephen Hemphill’s brokerage team in Mohr Partners’ Dallas office. In that role, she delivers tailored client insights, supports acquisitions and offers strategic real estate solutions for owners, trusts and developers.
Prior to joining Mohr Partners, Stephanie was a Business Development Associate at a local residential firm in Austin, where she played a key role in closing over $85 million in sales. She generated, maintained and converted leads into successful sales agreements, focused on client prospecting and learned to foster and utilize an expansive network to connect opportunities and maximize deal potential.
She also specialized in acquiring in-state tuition for University of Texas families through property residency.
Additionally, she was a founding team member of a student housing real estate team dedicated to providing UT students with practical and affordable housing solutions. There, she collaborated with university agents to broaden student housing options and support the housing search process for UT students.
An alumna of the University of Texas at Austin, Stephanie earned her Texas real estate license while completing her Bachelor of Liberal Arts in International Relations & Global Studies. She was also an active member of the Zeta Tau Alpha sorority.
