Stephanie Smith is the Executive Assistant & Office Manager for Mohr Partners, Inc., working at the firm’s Dallas headquarters. In her role, she is responsible for scheduling meetings and property tours, assisting with CoStar and Concur requests and managing office operations to ensure smooth administrative and logistical support for the team.
Stephanie comes to Mohr Partners from C&W Services, where she worked as the Regional Administrator for the Central Region and, most recently, as a Transition Support Manager.
In her role as a Transition Support Manager, she ensured seamless transitions for all incumbent and new employees, managed all related tasks and deadlines, provided bi-weekly updates to stakeholders and coordinated procurement and vendor management. She also set up new hire orientation, tracked transition budgets and managed various administrative tasks, including payroll submissions, background checks and creating training programs.
As part of her responsibilities as the Regional Administrator for the Central Region, Stephanie provided administrative support to key executives and managed the Dallas Regional Office, overseeing various operational tasks and a headcount of 1,600 employees.
Additionally, she coordinated regional and national meetings, managed event budgets, handled fleet approvals, charitable donations and vendor management. She also played a pivotal role in HR activities, compliance training and the company’s internship program with Texas A&M University.
