Stephanie Abide

Stephanie Abide serves as a Senior Lease Administrator for Mohr Partners, Inc., in the Lease Administration department in the Dallas office. She works closely with the lease administration team at Mohr Partners, managing clients’ real estate portfolios, including lease administration, accounts payable, accounts receivable and asset/equipment leases.

Stephanie joined Mohr Partners in 2022 and previously served as a Lease Administrator before being promoted to her current role in November 2023.

Stephanie arrived at Mohr Partners with seven years of experience in the multifamily sector, having previously served as an Assistant Manager with Lincoln Property Company. In that role, she managed invoices for properties, independently handling day-to-day requirements while overseeing multimillion-dollar properties. Under her guidance, the properties she helped managed maintained nearly 97% occupancy as she acquired over 450 new tenants during her time at Lincoln Property Company.

She also prepared lease agreements and other necessary documentation while managing move ins and move outs. During her time as a Leasing Professional at Lincoln, Stephanie consistently maintained the highest sales numbers every month en route to achieving “Lincoln’s Century Club” every year.

Stephanie graduated with a bachelor’s degree in visual design and photography from the University of Arkansas.
