Spencer Marona serves as the Managing Partner for Mohr Partners, Inc., in its Seattle office. In that role, he serves as the firm’s market leader and broker of record for the state of Washington.
A Seattle native, Spencer has helped generate more than $1 billion in sales as a broker, sales manager, executive and consultant throughout his career. He has extensive experience in commercial real estate, having previously worked with Cresa’s local affiliate, Flinn Ferguson, and serving as Marcus & Millichap’s sales manager for Seattle, Sacramento, Reno and Las Vegas.
Additionally, he was the Managing Director of HFO Investment Real Estate, a multifamily brokerage firm. During his time there, the company’s revenue and net profits increase by nearly 300%.
Preceding HFO, Spencer co-founded and was a partner of Performance North, a leadership development and sales performance consulting firm that specialized in training and coaching, particularly for companies in the real estate industry.
Spencer earned a Bachelor of Arts in Humanities/Humanistic Studies from the University of Washington. During his time at the university, he was a member (player and student-coach) of the Huskies’ football team and competed in five bowl games, including the 2001 Rose Bowl.
