We’re excited to welcome Sowmiya A as our new Lease Admin Associate – Abstraction.
Sowmiya brings strong experience in lease abstraction and analysis, having previously worked with organizations like Integra Global Solutions and IBM (on behalf of KGISL). She has handled both abstraction and review of critical and non-critical lease information based on client specifications using tools like Visual Lease, Sequentra, CoStar, Prophia, and Harbor Flex.
Her responsibilities also included quality checks, client communications, and training coordination.
A graduate in Information Systems from PSG College of Technology, Sowmiya is passionate about continuous learning and is known for her adaptability, innovation, and strong communication skills. She has also been recognized with awards for quality performance in previous roles.
