Sonali R serves as a Senior Associate II – Lease Administration: Rents & CAM at Mohr Partners, Inc. She brings over six years of experience in lease administration, financial analysis, and recovery setup, with a proven record of handling complex reconciliation and automation projects.
Before joining Mohr Partners, Sonali worked with Genpact as an Assistant Manager, where she managed end-to-end lease administration and reconciliation processes. Prior to that, she spent a year with Real Foundations as a Lease Administrator and Analyst, focusing on recovery setup implementation, variance analysis, and direct client coordination.
She began her career with NTrust Infotech, where she gained three years of experience as a Financial Analyst, strengthening her expertise in lease audits, CAM reconciliations, and data management. Sonali has extensive knowledge of tools such as MRI, Yardi Voyager, Tririga, JDE, and Oracle, and is experienced in automation tools like ABBYY and Annotation.
