Someswaran K serves as a Lease Administration Team Lead, Abstractions for Mohr Partners, Inc. In this role, he is responsible for advanced oversight of abstracting and organizing essential information from lease agreements, ensuring accurate and well-structured records and providing expert-level support.
Someswaran comes to Mohr Partners from IBM, where he served as a Lease Abstraction Lead. There, he worked in numerous different lease databases, including Sequentra, CoStar, Visual Lease, Lucernex, Apex and Habor Flex. For his work, Someswaran twice earned Employee of the Month, receiving the honor in July 2022 and January 2023.
Additionally, he worked at Aosta India Private Limited, where he abstracted and reviewed retail, office, warehouse and parking leases.
Someswaran has a Bachelor of Commerce from the Dr.N.G.P Arts and Science College.
