Sivaranjani has joined Mohr Partners as a Lease Administration Associate – Rents & CAM, bringing strong experience in cash applications, account reconciliation, and real estate financial operations.
She previously worked at Accenture Pvt. Ltd. as an Order to Cash Operation Associate, where she managed cash application processes, bank reconciliations, journal entries, and various adjustments such as write-offs, credit memos, and refunds. She also handled remittance extraction, tenant billing, and payment posting in platforms such as MRI and Bill2Pay, and ensured accurate financial reporting for property managers and senior accountants.
Most recently, she worked at Allsec Technologies as an Analyst, further enhancing her analytical and financial skills. Her background includes managing payments via wire transfers, lockbox, ACH, and checks, processing tenant move-outs, applying prepaid rents, and generating recurring tenant charges and statements.
