Sindhu Ramesh serves as a Lease Administration Associate, Rents and CAM for Mohr Partners, Inc. In this role, she is responsible for managing and overseeing lease-related financials, including rents and common area maintenance charges, while maintaining accurate records.
Sindhu comes to Mohr Partners from Accenture, where she worked as a Lease Audit Analyst. There, she worked on budgeting, CAM reconciliations and general ledger analysis for clients in the United States and Australia.
She has a master’s degree in commerce from Annamalai University and a bachelor’s degree in commerce from the Shri Krishnaswamy College for Women.
