Scott Pollock serves as a Managing Partner for Mohr Partners, Inc., in its Cleveland office. With more than 22 years of experience in commercial real estate, he specializes in purchase, sale and lease transactions, incentives negotiations, economic development consulting and large-scale site selection assignments for domestic and international clients.
In his role, Scott works alongside fellow Managing Partner Dennis Burnside as a market leader, combining their expertise to support Mohr Partners’ expanding presence in Ohio.
Throughout his career, Scott has played a pivotal role in transactions exceeding $1 billion in total capitalized value. His broad experience spans multiple asset types, including office, retail, multifamily, industrial, mixed-use and large-scale land development.
Before joining Mohr Partners, Scott and Dennis led the Cleveland office at Vestian and previously collaborated at Juniper Solutions. Additionally, Scott has held leadership positions at Candlewood Partners, CBRE and Grubb & Ellis.
