Sathishkumar R serves as a Senior Lease Administration Associate, Abstractions for Mohr Partners, Inc. In this role, he is responsible for advanced oversight of abstracting and organizing essential information from lease agreements, ensuring accurate and well-structured records and providing expert-level support.
Sathishkumar comes to Mohr Partners from IBM, where he most recently worked as a Lead – Lease Data Management. There, he reviewed updates made to the database based on clients’ requirements.He also created reports that outlined client portfolio updates and worked in numerous lease databases, including Sequentra, CoStar, Tririga, Harbor Flex, and Visual Lease.
Additionally, he spent time with Mobius365 Data Services as a Senior Process Associate, abstracting and validating leases.
Sathishkumar has a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Electronics & Communication Engineering from Jai Shriram Engineering College.
