Sarah Walker

Sarah Walker serves as a Transaction Manager in the Dallas, Texas office. Her primary responsibilities include managing transaction work for occupier clients and providing both strategic planning and transaction services to clients across a range of industries.

Previously, Sarah worked at Crest Commercial Real Estate as an Associate and Transaction Coordinator, specializing in tenant and landlord representation in the retail sector. She assisted clients throughout the leasing and acquisition process in the Dallas–Fort Worth Metroplex and handled lease documentation, negotiations and marketing efforts on behalf of Crest’s clients.

Before her transition into commercial real estate, Sarah was a Web Designer and Project Manager at Redfern Media, where she led website projects, coordinated client communication and developed digital marketing campaigns.

Sarah holds a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism and New Media from Baylor University and competed as a member of the Baylor equestrian team.
