Sai Akaash has joined Mohr Partners as a Lease Administration New Associate – Rents & CAM. A recent Bachelor of Commerce (Corporate Secretaryship) student, Sai brings a strong academic foundation along with practical exposure through his internship at Shuban & Sasidharan Chartered Accountants, where he gained hands-on experience in basic GST filing.
In addition to his academic pursuits, Sai is certified in MS Excel and BPM Associate – E-Commerce, and is proficient in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
His well-rounded skill set includes strong communication, adaptability, and client-facing capabilities, making him well-prepared to support the Rents & CAM team.
