Sachin K serves as a Lease Administration Associate, Rents and CAM for Mohr Partners, Inc. In this role, he is responsible for managing and overseeing lease-related financials, including rents and common area maintenance charges, while maintaining accurate records.
Previously, Sachin worked at eNTrust Software & Services as a Process Associate, where he input all relevant lease information into databases, regularly maintained the databases and monitored all common area maintenance and insurance expenses.
He has a Master of Business Administration from the University of Madras and a Bachelor of Commerce from the St. Joseph’s College of Arts & Science.
