Rubini has joined Mohr Partners as a Lease Administration Senior Associate. In her role, she brings expertise in reconciliation and recovery setup, with experience in validating lease documents, managing
expense recovery, and resolving CAM, tax, and insurance inquiries.
Previously, Rubini worked at eNTrust Software & Services, where she supported clients like Link Logistics and Urban Edge, led high-volume workflows, and improved accuracy and efficiency through mentoring
and quality assurance.
Rubini holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of Madras and a Bachelor of Commerce from Meenakshi College for Women, strengthening her background in finance and business management.
